The new shelves are in the greenhouse. Now I get to fill them.

Next, I ordered a new stand mixer to make my sourdough bread. Stokes has their annual sale. Delivery is free so no need to make a road trip into London. The mixer has a 7L bowl so I’ll be able to make 2 loaves at a time. 😉

Porte Ponderings:

Our new motorcycle helmets were in, so we went to pick them up. Mine was at Hully Gully. The staff at the Parts desk wasn’t very attentive. The first guy was too busy to even tell us where the washroom was. The second guy didn’t usually work with accessories. Finally he called someone who could help. She was excellent. She changed the shield for me and helped me ensure the helmet was a good fit.

Rockies’ Harley Store was a different story. The lady at the counter helped us with the helmet and we decided the 3/4 face we had ordered wasn’t for my husband (He has too big of a head and they didn’t make them in 3X). She helped find another type that was the right size and fit comfortably. The price was twice of mine, but my husband is very happy with his helmet.
