The Republican Party USA has decided to proceed with 25% tariffs on Canadian aluminum and steel. even though Canada has agreed to increased border security plans. Confirming that there was nothing to be done to avoid tariffs.
Many Canadians have already stopped purchasing “made in USA” goods. The trend to boarder hop to buy things has stopped. Tourism dollars are being diverted to other countries. The Canadian dollar is reaching record lows compared to US Dollars. Time to divorce our ties and develop other trade partners.
Many a husband is delusional regarding “home cooking”. Similarly the USA Republicans are misinformed when they think Canada will just rest and not re-act to tariffs.
