The Observation Tower at Edward Medard Conservation Park is the first one I’ve seen that is Handicap Accessible. The long ramps make it easy for anyone to climb to the top. There’s no fear of falling between the open grid steps, as the ramps are solid and made of long lasting materials. The view was excellent from the top where Rickie and I found a young man taking a nap.
