Today is Remembrance Day.
Go to your local Cenotaph or War Memorial to honour our Veterans.

During COVID-19 restrictions many of the traditional Remembrance Day Services have been revised, altered or canceled. Strathroy is still under a state of emergency (even though all around us the state of emergency has been lifted – we’re waiting to see if there’s some money available for places still in the state of emergency).
Initially canceled, but after public outcry and the lifting of some restrictions there will be a service at the Cenotaph today at 10:30AM. No parade and the street will remain open on this 100th anniversary of the poppy.
Here’s a slide show of the last Remembrance Day Services held in 2019.
The art of healing comes from nature,

not from the physician.
Therefore the physician must start from nature,
with an open mind.
What a difference a year makes. Last year Remembrance Day ceremonies were well attended despite snow falling. This year we are encouraged to Remember at home through social media events and there is a “fly over” scheduled for our town at about 11AM.
Snowy cold day didn’t keep Canadian Strathroy-Caradoc Residents from attending the 2019 Remembrance Day Ceremonies.
Dreams must be heeded and accepted.
For a great many of them come true.

May dreams of peace guide you along the path of freedom this Remembrance Day.
