To balance out Daughter’s Day, today is National Son’s Day in Canada. Just like the TV show, My 3 Sons, I have the joy of having 3 sons. And we also have 1 extra that came to visit alternating weekends and holidays. My life and my love, my sons have grown into men. As they say a women who has sons will always be surrounded by handsome men.

Take a bit of time and celebrate Read a Child a Book You Like Day. Remember the best laptop for this is your lap top. They grow so quickly that soon they won’t be able to fit on your lap.

A disease still common in the world is Rabies. Please get you dog and cat their rabies shots to reduce the spread. Remember World Rabies Day.

How appropriate that today is Grandparent’s Day. It is also my first grandson’s 10th Birthday. My miracle grandson. We had resigned ourselves to never being grandparents. We had beed told that our daughter-in-law was unable to conceive. Then surprise. She never thought she would get pregnant and the doctor told her not only was she pregnant, but she was 6 months pregnant. What a wonderful blessing. He continues to be our miracle grandson. He has an amazing sense of humour and intelligence combined with compassion and love.
