Holidays and Celebrations:
Always remember it is the journey and not the destination that is important. Celebrate Go For a Ride Day by going for a ride via bike, car, train, boat …..
In Canada it is National Housing Day. Thanks to the pandemic, real estate cost have doubled in the past 2 years. I really don’t know how young families can own a house when the average cost almost $500,000 in many of our local communities. Canada is facing an affordable housing crisis like never before. Rental units for seniors in my small community are $2,000 per month and there are zero vacancies. Geared to income housing has a 2 or more year waiting list. I’ve often thought of renting out one of my rooms to supplement our income.
As the American Thanks Giving approaches, today is Cranberry Relish Day. So make the Cranberry Relish for Turkey Day. 😉
