It’s been such a busy week I haven’t even been able to publish my blog every day.
My husband’s birthday was yesterday. His oldest son bought fish and onion rings for us from our favorite Fish & Chips joint. No more fries for my husband as we’re trying to lower his potassium levels before he goes for cancer surgery. We’re learning a whole new list of foods that are high and low in potassium. Meanwhile we’re waiting for the treatment plan for the colon cancer. And his kidney is having problems getting rid of potassium.
Birthday wishes came in from everywhere.
I danced in the living room with my grandchildren.
A little bit of joy in a crazy world with trouble looming over and around us.
