March is here! I love March. We celebrate the Irish, Women’s History Month, and Spring.
Let’s start March on Fat Tuesday, the day before Lent when you start the Parades with Mardi Gras, celebrate Paczki Day (one is called pączek), and finish the day by celebrating National Pancake Day with a big stack of pancakes and maple syrup.
Today we feast for tomorrow is Ash Wednesday and the beginning of Lent for Christians.
