As we head towards the Christian celebration of Lent, today is Shrove Monday. Parades and carnivals begin before Ash Wednesday and the beginning of Lent.
We pause to remember all that are afflicted with rare diseases as we celebrate Rare Disease Day. Praying for cures for the rare diseases.
Buy a chocolate souffle to celebrate National Chocolate Souffle Day. I tried to bake one once, but it ended up being as flat as a pancake. 😉
