Today is a day I think Betty White would have celebrated: Love Your Pet Day. If you don’t have a pet, love animals and support your local shelter. Dedicate some of yourself to the health of animals.
Today is also World Day of Social Justice. It’s so hard to watch the news with all the terrible events. From young people being shot in their beds by police during no knock warrants to the Russians lining up along the Ukrainian border, Social Justice seems to be quickly disappearing. Take a stand and work towards a more equal and peaceful world.
Sometimes you just need to eat a piece of pie to feel better. Today have some cherry pie and celebrate National Cherry Pie Day.
