Today we give a special tribute to all of the Caregivers as we celebrate National Caregiver’s Day.
Since February is Heart Month, today is set aside as National Woman’s Heart Day. The symptoms of a woman’s heart attack may be different from a man’s so be certain to familiarize yourself and seek medical assitance immediately.
Heart attack symptoms for women
- Neck, jaw, shoulder, upper back or upper belly (abdomen) discomfort.
- Shortness of breath.
- Pain in one or both arms.
- Nausea or vomiting.
- Sweating.
- Lightheadedness or dizziness.
- Unusual fatigue.
- Heartburn (indigestion)
