Happy New Year! Always ready for a party today is the Chinese New Year.

We spent the Saturday and Sunday driving to Florida. Monday I tried to pack and organize. The change in temperature from -22C to 18C caught up with me and I spent the late afternoon throwing up and sleeping. Today I was able to go for a walk around the local “lake” and going to my first “Fun Club” meeting for the Corn hole toss tournament. At home you can’t go anywhere without a mask. Restaurants are closed and gatherings are limited. Once we showed our proof of vaccinations and crossed over the boarder to the USA it was like we had stepped into a different world. Masks are optional for fully vaccinated people, restaurants are open and they suggest you maintain 6′ distance. So glad to be able to go to Florida.
