We celebrate Winnie The Pooh Day on A.A.Milne’s birthday. Winnie was named after a bear at the Winnipeg Zoo. Christopher Robin was A.A.Milne’s son. What a perfect combination for children’s stories. But children grow up and favorite toys get lost or forgotten. We all have to grow up.

Let’s celebrate Rid the World of Fad Diet and Gimmicks Day. We all know the best way to live is by eating healthy well balanced meals, drinking plenty of water and getting regular exercise. But we all want that magic pill, that quick fix, so fad diets and gimmicks will continue on. 😉
