Happy New Year as we celebrate the Orthodox New Year.
Today we also celebrate the strong donkey that played a key by giving Mary a ride to Bethlehem to deliver the Baby Jesus; in the barn keeping the baby warm; from Bethlehem to avoid the massacre of boys under 2 and gave Jesus a ride on Palm Sunday. So give your Ass a bit of a treat today. Celebrate the Feast of the Ass.
