International Cat Day is ruled by those who sit on top of fences, chase mice and clean themselves at the kitchen table. A day just to love our cats and all the cats of the world.
Mid-summer it is said: if you don’t have zucchini, you don’t have any friends. The bountiful producer is out pacing most who have a garden so they give their produce to their neighbours and friends. Celebrate National Zucchini Day by eating zucchini fried, grilled or in a bread.
Today is also Gay Uncles Day. To increase exposure of the LGBT+ in their communities their members are encouraged to post pictures with their nieces and nephews to show their role in families.
