Interesting that June 1st is not only Global Day of Parents, but also International Children’s Day. So families need to celebrate National Go Barefoot Day and walk in the warm sand on a beach or lay in the grass in their own yard as Ontario is still under lock down rules.
I often admire Oscar the Grouch and the way he just doesn’t care about what others think as he lives in his garbage can. So, I will celebrate Oscar the Grouch Day.
Today is the day we’ve been waiting for. We see the Colon Cancer Specialist to find out the treatment plan. And I pray that the cardiologist was right, that the type of cancer my husband has is operable and treatable, with the mild inconvenience of a bag while he heals.
