Daily Quote: March 21, 2021

Do not wait for extraordinary
circumstances to do good action;
try to use ordinary situations.

Holidays and Celebrations:

Porte Musings:

Sunday March 21st of 2021 and we’re celebrating World Poetry Day. Read some poetry or recite one of your favorites. You can even celebrate it at the same time that you remember International Day of Forests.

I think that I shall never see
A poem lovely as a tree.

~ Joyce Kilmer ( see more at: https://www.poetryfoundation.org/poetrymagazine/poems/12744/trees)

Today is also the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. During the past year we’ve seen all types of violence and demonstrations regarding racial issues. If only colour or race didn’t matter…….

We’re also going to celebrate the plus one group today. As we remember and support World Down Syndrome Day. So wear an odd sock and celebrate all the differences in the world. 🙂
