Today is bottling day for our first batch of beer using the 1 step fermentation process. The bottles are all gathered and the bubbling has stopped. Now for the process of sterilizing the bottles, adding sugar to the bottles for carbonation and filling them. We need to wait at least 2 weeks before we can refrigerate and drink.
My camera inventory has now been decreased to 2 cameras. I sold my first and favorite full frame D700 and all the accessories yesterday.
