Schools in Quebec Province will be re-opening on Monday. It will be optional for parents to send their children to school as social distancing rules remain in effect in all other provinces. It is strange that Quebec is so anxious to open first when they have the highest numbers of COVID-19 cases and deaths in Canada.
New Brunswick is on a run with no new cases reported for almost a week and no deaths from COVID-19. They will be relaxing social distancing rules, but keep their boarders closed for non-essential travel.
