Mostly, I worked so quickly,
I didn’t see the details of a photograph until it was printed.

Nothing Like a Dame Day

International Bat Appreciation Day

I’ve been watching Nikon lessons on line and taking pictures around the house.  I’ve finally learned how to use the in camera HDR feature and look forward to taking pictures of something other than my dirty kitchen sink.

I’m also looking forward to a good long walk if the weather ever warms up.  We’ve had snow off and on for the last couple of days.  A cardinal has been visiting and I watched him feed some seeds to his mate last night.  The picture below captured his indifference to the audience during the snow shower.

While COVID-19 is creating horror stories of illness and death throughout the world the USA has gone mad, saying that they want to open the boarders and get back to business as usual.  Thankfully our Premier has said “No Thank-you, we’re not ready yet”.  Especially while New York’s idea of “flattening the curve” is a nightmarish 700 deaths per day.
