If the path be beautiful, let us not ask where it leads.

National Wear Your Pajamas to Work Day
National High Five Day
Remaining at home to work most Canadians will be wearing their Pajamas to work. Although with social distancing measures in place for another 26 days National High Five Day won’t be celebrated in 2020.
COVID-19 pandemic continues. Experts are now saying it could be months before restrictions can be lifted. There were demonstrations in the USA about civil rights and protesting the restrictions. Michiganers upset that they aren’t allowed to buy seeds to plant gardens in the spring got in their cars and demonstrated against the Governor.
In Ontario about 1/2 of the 274 the deaths are in Nursing Homes or long term care facilities. Horror stories are emerging from Nursing Homes in Quebec where staff didn’t have appropriate PPE, quit and left the residents without food, water or any care. Many of the residents were left in their own feces and urine for up to 5 days. Provincial and Federal investigations have started. To me the owners and administrators should be charged with willful neglect causing death or withholding the necessities of life. My heart aches for the families hearing how their loved ones were left to die alone.
